Online Coaching for Individuals

Change can feel overwhelming even when you know exactly what you want to do. Coaching creates the structure and support to move from intention to consistent action.

Through convenient virtual coaching sessions, I help clients clarify priorities, build realistic routines, strengthen follow-through, navigate life transitions, and create sustainable health and wellness habits.

Virtual Support for Healthcare Professionals

You create the medical plan. I provide virtual coaching support to help patients implement it between visits.

Coaching can support adherence, behavior change, accountability, goal setting and the day-to-day work of translating recommendations into sustainable routines—while staying clearly within the coaching scope of practice.
